HUGO KAAGMAN  STENCIL KING
In 1983 Kaagman sprayed a fence at the Waterloo Square, where the Stopera was in construction. The Waterloosquarefence contains a great deal of foreign forms, like Egyptian hieroglyphs, zebraprints and Chinese characters, but also elements of our own society. The fence originally covered 120 meters and functioned as a signpost for tourists.
