Sculptures for the P&O North Sea Ferries quay, 2001

at Hoek van Holland for the "The Pride of Rotterdam" and "The Pride of Hull" laying anchor every day. The sculptures are each 2 - 2 meter, made of plastic elements, depicting the Euromast, a shell, dolphins and a seagull. They are placed on the corners of the entrance bridge to the ships as a warning for automobilists to make a turn.The artworks are a present of the building company to the P&O North Sea Ferries , in commission by Onderneming en Kunst. The sculptures are actually huge versions of stencils.
